Our password parameters have changed, effective 3/27/2025. Any users who do not meet the updated requirements will be prompted to update their password upon login. Reminder – Passwords cannot be changed via the FCI mobile app. Passwords must be changed via the FCI website.
*Password Reminder Tip: Your password must be at least 15 characters and consist of a capital letter, a lower-case letter, a special character, and at least one number. Your password cannot be any of your last 5 password(s).
