The listing includes results for 114 different farmland auctions reported since Feb. 2022. These public auctions concluded with successful bids and represented 10,974 total acres in 28 different counties selling for a grand total of $162.5 million with an average price of $14,807 per acre. The highest price per acre was $21,500 for Class A land in Sangamon County; the lowest price per acre was $4,285 for Class C land in Jefferson County.
