Loan Officers provide agricultural and financial expertise to customers. They combine their agricultural and business knowledge with an in-depth understanding of each customer's current financial position in order to provide innovative and workable alternatives to solve problems the customer faces in their business. The Loan Officers market financial credit and other related services.
This position markets and delivers credit and crop insurance to customers and provides discretionary service, which exceeds customer expectations. This position works closely with the Loan Officer or Crop Insurance Specialist to service all aspects of customer relationships. They also provide administrative support for the regional office.
Appraisers conduct on-site appraisals and valuations of real estate and chattel properties.
CIS positions work with field team members in selling and servicing crop insurance to customers.
This department provides accounting services for the association, including loan accounting, accounts payable, general ledger and support.
The Audit Department monitors the Association's quality control programs and conducts reviews related to credit risks, credit administration and financial operations.
This department includes the lending and leasing operations, risk management, credit analysis, and credit procedures. The credit analysis group analyzes and processes loan and lease requests obtained by the field staff.
HR provides benefits administration, training and development, and recruiting support for the association.
Marketing develops and manages the association’s marketing, advertising, communications, and public and media relations programs to effectively support the association’s marketing strategies and business goals.
